Since Fall 2020, our goal has been to help the Animal Hospital of Mebane grow a loyal millennial client base in the Mebane, Burlington, and Graham areas and on social media.  The “A HOMe for Every Pet” campaign encourages these local millennials to choose AHOM as their most trusted vet.

SOLUTION

Our biggest task was to target, develop, and strengthen the relationship between AHOM and its millennial audience. To do so, we developed a VIP program to be implemented soon, which will include the AHOM-branded face coverings, tote bags, yard signs, and other merchandise we designed. Additionally, we utilized real testimonials on AHOM’s social media platforms.

IMPACT

Trends on Facebook reach stayed fairly consistent throughout the semester, and there was an increase in Instagram reach by 166% by the end of the Spring 2021 semester. The campaign succeeded in finding the millennial audience, with the majority of AHOM’s followers on both Instagram and Facebook falling within the 25–54 age range. The campaign is hitting the right people as well: the top follower locations on both platforms are Mebane, Burlington, and Graham.
